• Your phone number being blocked
• Loss of message history or data
• WhatsApp service outages or policy changes
• Any consequences of using this API with WhatsApp

YOU are responsible for complying with WhatsApp's Terms of Service.

We are NOT responsible if you use this Service for:

• Fraud, phishing, or scams
• Harassment, bullying, or abuse
• Sending spam or unsolicited messages
• Money laundering or financial crimes
• Drug trafficking or illegal sales
• Human trafficking or exploitation
• Copyright infringement
• Any terrorist activities

You may face criminal prosecution and civil liability.

You must NOT:

• Use automated bots or scrapers without permission
• Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity
• Send threatening, abusive, or obscene content
• Attempt to hack or access unauthorized systems
• Violate any laws or WhatsApp's policies

This Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any purpose. We are not liable for damages, lost data, or business interruption.

We can terminate your account without notice if you:

• Violate these terms
• Use the Service illegally
• Violate WhatsApp's policies
• Pose a risk to our service

We can change these terms anytime. Your continued use means you accept the new terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ON ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THIS SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS OF SERVICE. IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANYTHING, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO ONE RUPEE (₹1.00).

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damage to reputation or goodwill
• Any damages caused by third parties, WhatsApp, or circumstances beyond our control

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, our officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of this Service
• Your violation of these terms or any applicable law
• Your violation of WhatsApp's policies or terms
• Your misuse or illegal use of this Service
• Any content or messages you send through this Service
• Any claims that your use infringes third-party rights
• Any harm to third parties caused by your actions

Our decision regarding any dispute, violation of these terms, or any claim relating to your use of the Service is final and binding. You expressly waive:

• Any right to arbitration
• Any right to litigation or court proceedings
• Any right to appeal or challenge our decision
• Any right to dispute resolution through any third party

By using this Service, you agree that our determination is absolute and final, and you will not seek legal remedy or challenge our decisions through any means.
